In October 2014, we were thrilled to be selected to participate in Dublin’s Bram Stoker Festival by Big House Productions. We hosted a series of rolling sessions on the Friday night of the festival in Alfie Byrne’s bar in the Conrad Hotel and were warmly welcomed by the staff who looked after us during the evening. Each session was full with queues forming for the subsequent session, which was great!
On Saturday evening, we partnered with Body & Soul as part of The Shapeshifters Ball in IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art). It was such a privilege to host sessions in IMMA and to be part of a spectacular event.
Our models’ characters were based on less well known Bram Stoker stories – Azaria Starfire was inspired by Queen Tera of The Jewel of The Seven Stars and Shir Madness was inspired by The Lair of the White Worm – fully body painted from head to toe!
Of course, as always, we couldn’t have done it without the support of our wonderful crew, Dolly from POW! Cake That who provided cakepop prizes and photographer Kerri Katastrophe who captured both evening’s events for us!
